THE HIDE PROJECT facilitates a series of intermittent talks and events under the heading DAWN CHORUS located at THE HIDE SCULPTURE.

DAWN CHORUS aims to bring many voices and perspectives to our visitors on subjects such as; environmental protection, activism, art, critical and political thinking on issues urgent and relevant in the world we live in.

The inaugural talk for DAWN CHORUS at the HIDE SCUPLTURE was held on Sunday 27th of May 2017, with speaker, Gavin Harte.

Gavin Harte is a high profile spokesperson on environmental and sustainability issues in Ireland for many years. He was the national director of An Taisce and was the founder and developer of Ireland’s first eco-village in Cloughjordan.
